Pengaruh Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Effective Tax Rate pada perusahaan sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Periode Tahun 2018-2025

Pajak merupakan sumber utama bagi pendapatan negara, namun kepatuhan wajib pajak di negara Indonesia masih rendah sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan praktik agresivitas pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh likuiditas (Current Ratio/CR), profitabilitas (Return on Assets/ROA), dan leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER) terhadap agresivitas pajak yang diukur dengan Effective Tax Rate (ETR) pada perusahaan sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018–2025. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksploratif, menggunakan data panel dari 10 perusahaan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, menghasilkan 80 observasi. Pemilihan model melalui uji Chow dan Lagrange Multiplier menetapkan Common Effect Model sebagai model estimasi. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa hanya ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ETR (koefisien 0,050, p<0,01), sementara CR dan DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ETR (Prob F = 0,0087) dengan nilai R² 0,143 dan adjusted R² 0,107. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi profitabilitas, semakin tinggi ETR yang berarti semakin rendah agresivitas pajak. Sebaliknya, likuiditas dan leverage bukan merupakan determinan utama agresivitas pajak pada sektor ini. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi bagi otoritas pajak untuk memperkuat pengawasan berbasis risiko dengan mempertimbangkan faktor profitabilitas serta aspek tata kelola perusahaan, tidak hanya berfokus pada rasio keuangan tradisional. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan variabel tata kelola perusahaan dan karakteristik kebijakan pajak yang lebih mendalam.
