Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata letak, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas terhadap efisiensi operasional pada aktivitas pemeliharaan pejantan sapi di Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan (BBIB) Singosari. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan karakter eksplanatori dan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai atau staf yang terlibat langsung dalam aktivitas pemeliharaan pejantan sapi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh 30 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert 1-5, serta didukung wawancara singkat dan pengamatan lapangan terbatas untuk memahami konteks operasional. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4 melalui evaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional dengan p-value 0,333. Lingkungan kerja juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan p-value 0,499, sedangkan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional dengan p-value 0,006. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,921 menunjukkan bahwa tata letak, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas secara bersama-sama memiliki kemampuan penjelasan yang tinggi terhadap efisiensi operasional yang dipersepsikan responden. Meskipun demikian, hasil parsial perlu ditafsirkan secara hati-hati karena ditemukan multikolinearitas tinggi antarvariabel prediktor. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penguatan fasilitas pendukung, khususnya sarana sanitasi, ketersediaan air, peralatan kandang, dan sarana mobilisasi, perlu menjadi prioritas, sementara tata letak dan lingkungan kerja tetap dipelihara sebagai komponen sistem operasional yang saling berkaitan.
