Determinan Preferensi Penggunaan Layanan Keuangan Digital di Indonesia: Bukti Empiris Peran Persepsi Biaya, Persepsi Kemudahan, Kepercayaan, dan Literasi Keuangan Digital

Persaingan oleh para penyedia layanan jasa keuangan digital fintech tidak dapat dihindari. Perbankan selaku penyedia mobile banking dan penyedia jasa keuangan nonbank seperti e-money sedang bersaing dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaiknya untuk para pengguna. Berdasarkan preferensi pengguna apa yang membuat pengguna memutuskan untuk mengguakan jasa layanan keuangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi biaya, kemudahan, kepercayaan dan literasi keuangan digital terhadap preferensi penggunaan layanan digital fintech di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode survei pada 120 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM_PLS. Kebaruan (novelty) dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan digital financial literacy sebagai variabel tambahan dalam menjelaskan preferensi penggunaan fintech yang mencakup e-wallet dan mobile banking. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa varibel persepsi biaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penggunaan layanan keuangan digital. Sedangkan variabel persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan dan literasi keuangan digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penggunaan layanan keuangan digital. Ketiga variabel tersebut belum menjadi penyebab utama responden dalam memilih layanan keuangan digital. Kondisi ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor usia responden yang merupakan mahasiswa berusia 18-22 tahun yang mana sudah terbiasa menggunakan berbagai aplikasi digital. Sehingga kemudahan dan keamanan layanan sudah seharusnya menjadi standar minimal dala layanan keuangan digital. Literasi keuangan digital lebih berperan sebagai pengetahuan pendukung bagi responden dan bukan merupakan faktor utama untuk mendorong preferensi penggunaan layanan keuangan digital.
