Abstract

Investasi proyek memerlukan analisis kelayakan yang akurat agar terhindar dari kerugian finansial. Proses evaluasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet dinilai rentan terhadap kesalahan dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) kelayakan investasi proyek berbasis web menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV). Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode Waterfall dan diimplementasikan menggunakan arsitektur berlapis (layered architecture) berbasis Laravel. Sistem menerima input berupa nilai investasi awal, arus kas per tahun, dan tingkat diskonto, kemudian secara otomatis menghitung nilai NPV serta memberikan rekomendasi keputusan kelayakan investasi. Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa proyek pengadaan server senilai Rp 100.000.000 dengan discount rate 10% selama 4 tahun menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp 38.185.323, sehingga dinyatakan layak. Analisis sensitivitas juga dilakukan untuk menguji ketahanan keputusan terhadap perubahan variabel pendapatan dan tingkat diskonto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi secara cepat, akurat, dan objektif.
