Pemanfaatan Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi pada Sistem SIGAP SUMSEL Kementerian Hukum

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk mengoptimalkan layanan berbasis digital guna meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan transparansi pelayanan publik. Salah satu implementasinya adalah Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Magang dan Penelitian (SIGAP SUMSEL) yang digunakan oleh Kementerian Hukum Sumatera Selatan sebagai sarana pendaftaran magang dan penelitian secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dalam mendukung operasional SIGAP SUMSEL. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap enam komponen utama, yaitu perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, jaringan dan konektivitas, basis data, sumber daya manusia teknologi informasi, serta keamanan dan kebijakan teknologi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIGAP SUMSEL telah berfungsi secara efektif dalam mendukung proses pendaftaran, mempercepat administrasi, serta memudahkan pengguna memperoleh dan memantau informasi pengajuan. Infrastruktur yang tersedia secara umum mampu mendukung operasional sistem, meskipun masih ditemukan kendala berupa keterbatasan sosialisasi kepada pengguna baru, penurunan kecepatan akses ketika jumlah pengguna meningkat, proses pengelolaan data yang masih memerlukan intervensi manual, serta belum optimalnya fitur monitoring dan notifikasi otomatis. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kapasitas server dan jaringan, pengembangan fitur, penguatan kompetensi pengelola, serta penerapan pengamanan dan pencadangan data secara berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan publik.
