Analisis Volume Bekisting Pilar Jembatan Menggunakan Dynamo Revit pada Proyek Jalan Tol

Pembangunan infrastruktur jembatan di Indonesia terus berkembang seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan konektivitas, khususnya pada proyek jalan tol yang memerlukan estimasi material secara akurat. Bekisting pilar jembatan merupakan salah satu komponen dengan proporsi biaya yang signifikan sehingga ketepatan perhitungan volumenya berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi anggaran proyek. Metode konvensional berbasis gambar dua dimensi masih banyak digunakan, namun membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, terutama pada elemen dengan geometri kompleks seperti kolom bertahap, pier head tipe hammerhead, dan haunch. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis volume bekisting pilar jembatan menggunakan integrasi Autodesk Revit 2026 dan Dynamo for Revit 3.6.1.2665 serta membandingkan akurasi dan efisiensi waktunya dengan metode manual. Pemodelan tiga dimensi dilakukan pada elemen kolom, pier head, dan haunch berdasarkan gambar kerja proyek jalan tol aktual. Selanjutnya, skrip visual programming pada Dynamo dikembangkan untuk mengekstraksi luas permukaan bekisting secara otomatis dan mengekspor hasilnya ke Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Dynamo menghasilkan total luas bekisting sebesar 290,60 m² dengan deviasi rata-rata 0,07% dibandingkan metode manual sebesar 290,80 m². Deviasi maksimum terjadi pada komponen haunch sebesar 0,43%, sedangkan komponen lainnya menunjukkan deviasi 0,00%. Dari sisi efisiensi waktu, penggunaan Dynamo mampu mengurangi waktu pengerjaan dari 180 menit menjadi 85 menit atau lebih cepat sebesar 52,8%, dengan efisiensi tertinggi pada proses perhitungan luas permukaan mencapai 88,9%. Dengan demikian, integrasi Revit dan Dynamo terbukti akurat, efektif, dan efisien untuk mendukung digitalisasi quantity take-off pada proyek konstruksi jembatan.
