Perancangan Sistem Pemesanan Menu Berbasis Web pada Djakacoffee

Djakacoffee merupakan coffee shop yang proses pemesanannya masih bergantung pada kasir secara manual, sehingga pada jam sibuk sering menimbulkan antrean panjang, memperlambat pelayanan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan potensi kesalahan dalam pencatatan pesanan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada efisiensi operasional serta kualitas layanan, terutama ketika jumlah pelanggan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan menu berbasis web yang diterapkan melalui mesin pemesan mandiri (self-ordering kiosk) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mengurangi kesalahan manusia, serta memperbaiki koordinasi antara pelanggan, kasir, barista, dan bagian kitchen. Metode penelitian menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik dan karyawan, serta studi pustaka untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem dan permasalahan operasional. Sistem yang dihasilkan menyediakan katalog menu digital lengkap dengan kategori dan gambar produk, pengelolaan keranjang belanja, pengelolaan promo, pencatatan pembayaran, nomor antrean otomatis, riwayat pesanan, serta fitur administrasi untuk mengelola menu, pesanan, stok, pengguna, dan laporan penjualan. Sistem juga memungkinkan pemantauan pesanan secara real-time sehingga proses pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat dan terkoordinasi. Hasil pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black-box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada sisi pelanggan maupun administrator berjalan sesuai kebutuhan tanpa ditemukan kesalahan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang diusulkan layak digunakan sebagai solusi praktis untuk mempercepat proses pemesanan, mengurangi waktu tunggu pelanggan, meningkatkan akurasi transaksi, mempermudah pengelolaan data, serta mendukung operasional coffee shop yang lebih efektif dan terstruktur.
