Implementasi Digital Hazard Observation Card Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Keselamatan Kerja Di PT Sentinel Mitra Adiyaksa

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi dalam berbagai aspek organisasi, termasuk pada sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Salah satu bentuk transformasi tersebut adalah penerapan Digital Hazard Observation Card (HOC) yang digunakan sebagai media pelaporan potensi bahaya secara cepat, terintegrasi, dan terdokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Digital Hazard Observation Card (HOC) dalam meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan kerja di PT Sentinel Mitra Adiyaksa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari satu orang ahli K3 yang memahami implementasi Digital HOC di perusahaan. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi teknik dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi K3 di PT Sentinel Mitra Adiyaksa telah berjalan dengan baik melalui kegiatan inspeksi rutin, identifikasi bahaya, pengawasan keselamatan kerja, pelaksanaan program P2K3, safety briefing, pelatihan K3, dan penerapan SOP keselamatan kerja. Implementasi Digital HOC mampu mempercepat proses pelaporan hazard, meningkatkan efektivitas dokumentasi data, serta mendukung proses hazard identification dan risk control secara lebih sistematis. Data perusahaan menunjukkan kondisi zero accident selama tahun 2025, peningkatan penggunaan APD dari 90% menjadi 97%, peningkatan kesadaran pekerja terhadap K3 dari 82% menjadi 92%, serta meningkatnya jumlah hazard report. Meskipun demikian, implementasi Digital HOC masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan literasi digital sebagian pekerja. Secara keseluruhan, Digital HOC berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan kerja melalui penguatan proses identifikasi bahaya, pelaporan hazard, dan pengendalian risiko di perusahaan.
