Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas website STIKes St. Elisabeth Keuskupan Maumere sebagai media penyebaran informasi dalam konteks ekosistem komunikasi digital mahasiswa. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh mahasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive di STIKes St. Elisabeth Keuskupan Maumere. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik induktif untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi pengguna terkait website sebagai sumber informasi, kualitas konten, pengalaman pengguna, dan adaptasi terhadap Kebutuhan Informasi Mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website STIKes St. Elisabeth Keuskupan Maumere berfungsi sebagai rujukan utama, di mana kegunaan yang dirasakan (perceived usefulness) terutama berasal dari otoritasnya sebagai sumber informasi resmi. Namun demikian, website bukan menjadi kanal utama dalam akses informasi awal. Mahasiswa menunjukkan perilaku informasi hibrid, dengan memanfaatkan platform cepat seperti WhatsApp untuk memperoleh informasi awal, dan website untuk verifikasi formal. Meskipun website dinilai cukup baik dalam aspek kelengkapan informasi dan kemudahan penggunaan bagi pengguna yang sudah familiar, keterbatasan pada ketepatan waktu pembaruan, struktur navigasi, dan responsivitas mobile masih menjadi kendala.
