Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan ChatGPT dalam penyelesaian tugas akademik mahasiswa Informatika Medis di STIKES St. Elisabeth Keuskupan Maumere menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 81 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Behavioral Intention, dan Actual Use, serta variabel tambahan risiko penggunaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh item valid (CITC = 0,368–0,582) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,884). Secara deskriptif, seluruh dimensi TAM berada pada kategori baik (M=3,62–3,78). Behavioral Intention menjadi dimensi tertinggi, diikuti Actual Use, Perceived Usefulness, dan Perceived Ease of Use. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa adopsi ChatGPT lebih didorong oleh niat penggunaan, yang konsisten dengan penggunaan aktual, sementara kegunaan dan kemudahan berperan sebagai faktor pendukung. ChatGPT terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas akademik, namun masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pendalaman konsep dan validitas informasi. Dengan demikian, ChatGPT lebih tepat digunakan sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital, evaluasi kritis, dan etika akademik dalam pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis AI di lingkungan pendidikan kesehatan.
