Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kualitas website SANPUKAT menggunakan model WebQual 4.0 berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 100 responden guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website berada pada kategori baik. Dimensi information quality memperoleh skor tertinggi (M=4,04), diikuti usability (M=3,91) dan service interaction quality (M=3,89). Website dinilai mampu menyediakan informasi yang akurat dan relevan serta cukup mudah digunakan. Namun, aspek kejelasan interaksi, konsistensi informasi, dan kepercayaan pengguna masih perlu ditingkatkan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa website telah efektif sebagai media informasi, tetapi memerlukan optimalisasi pada aspek interaksi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.
