Pengaruh Work-Life Balance Terhadap Well-Being Pada Karyawan PTPN IV Regional II Distrik Sulawesi

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi karyawan di sektor perkebunan yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan PTPN IV Regional II Distrik Sulawesi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance terhadap Well-Being karyawan pada PTPN IV Regional II Distrik Sulawesi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh 91 responden dari total populasi 957 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan IBM SPSS. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh indikator dinyatakan valid dengan nilai r hitung > 0,2061, dan uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,879 untuk variabel Work-Life Balance dan 0,919 untuk variabel Well-Being. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan koefisien regresi sebesar 1,485 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 20,000 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,818 mengindikasikan bahwa Work-Life Balance mampu menjelaskan 81,8% variasi Well-Being karyawan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Well-Being karyawan, sehingga semakin baik keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesejahteraan yang dirasakan.
