Pengaruh Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Future Cell Gunungsitoli

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung di Future Cell Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persaingan bisnis smartphone yang semakin ketat, sehingga pelaku usaha perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Landasan teori yang digunakan meliputi teori customer experience dari Lemon dan Verhoef serta teori gaya hidup dan keputusan pembelian menurut Kotler dan Keller. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan data pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Future Cell Gunungsitoli selama periode Oktober sampai dengan Desember yaitu 150 orang, seterusnya penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan memperoleh 60 sampel sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 responden yang merupakan konsumen Future Cell Gunungsitoli dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 17,750 (Sig. 0,000), gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 15,863 (Sig. 0,000), serta secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 186,691 (Sig. 0,000). Diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,863. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Gaya Hidup secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 86,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
