Model Konseptual Integrasi ICT dan Big Data untuk Menguatkan Teknologi Komunikasi Serta Daya Saing UMKM di Indonesia

Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) memegang peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian Indonesia dengan memberikan lapangan kerja dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk krisis ekonomi, sektor IKM terus menunjukkan tren peningkatan yang mencerminkan ketahanan dan potensi besar untuk terus berkembang di tengah dinamika perekonomian global. Integrasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) serta Big Data menjadi kunci dalam memperkuat daya saing dan efisiensi UMKM di era digital, khususnya dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, optimalisasi operasional, serta perumusan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun model konseptual yang mengintegrasikan variabel-variabel kunci dari dimensi TIK, yaitu literasi digital, ketersediaan infrastruktur, inovasi, serta regulasi dan kebijakan, dengan dimensi Big Data, yaitu kualitas data, integrasi sistem, dan kapabilitas analitis, terhadap kinerja organisasi UMKM. Namun, adopsi teknologi ini masih dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, keterampilan digital, dan akses data yang berkualitas, sehingga dukungan dari pelatihan, kebijakan pemerintah, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak teknologi sangat diperlukan. Model konseptual yang dikembangkan turut mempertimbangkan aspek teknis dan sosial-ekonomi, termasuk peran fintech dalam menyediakan akses modal bagi UMKM. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan konseptual bagi penelitian empiris selanjutnya, sekaligus mendukung upaya peningkatan ketahanan dan pertumbuhan UMKM guna menciptakan ekosistem ekonomi digital yang inklusif, berkelanjutan, dan kompetitif di Indonesia.
