Model Strategis Kinerja Manajerial pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta: Integrasi Dukungan Organisasi yang Dirasakan, Otonomi Kerja, Lokus Kendali, Motivasi Kerja, dan Partisipasi Anggaran melalui Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Perguruan tinggi swasta menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja manajerial akibat perubahan lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, tuntutan tata kelola organisasi, dan kebutuhan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji model strategis kinerja manajerial melalui integrasi dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, otonomi kerja, lokus kendali, motivasi kerja, dan partisipasi anggaran dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (β = 0,284; p < 0,001), otonomi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (β = 0,219; p < 0,001), lokus kendali berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (β = 0,176; p < 0,01), motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (β = 0,301; p < 0,001), dan partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (β = 0,247; p < 0,001). Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial (β = 0,563; p < 0,001) dan memediasi hubungan antara faktor organisasi dan individu terhadap kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja manajerial perguruan tinggi swasta dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan dukungan organisasi, pemberian ruang otonomi kerja, peningkatan motivasi, pengembangan kendali internal individu, dan keterlibatan dalam proses penganggaran yang diarahkan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja.
