Pengaruh Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Berbasis Artificial Intelligence: Integrasi Kompetensi Kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan Etis, Kapabilitas Digital, dan Kesiapan Organisasi melalui Kapabilitas Adopsi pada Sekolah di Indonesia

Transformasi digital dalam sektor pendidikan mendorong sekolah untuk mengembangkan pola kepemimpinan yang mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi Artificial Intelligence dengan efektif, etis, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepemimpinan, kepemimpinan etis, kapabilitas digital, dan kesiapan organisasi terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis Artificial Intelligence melalui peran mediasi kapabilitas adopsi Artificial Intelligence pada sekolah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 328 kepala sekolah dan tenaga manajerial pendidikan pada berbagai jenjang sekolah di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas adopsi Artificial Intelligence (β = 0,286; p < 0,001), kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas adopsi AI (β = 0,214; p < 0,001), kapabilitas digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas adopsi Artificial Intelligence (β = 0,327; p < 0,001), dan kesiapan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas adopsi Artificial Intelligence (β = 0,241; p < 0,001). Selanjutnya, kapabilitas adopsi Artificial Intelligence terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis Artificial Intelligence (β = 0,598; p < 0,001) memediasi hubungan antara faktor kepemimpinan dan organisasi terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan pendidikan. Temuan penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Artificial Intelligence di sekolah membutuhkan integrasi antara kapasitas kepemimpinan, kesiapan teknologi, dan kemampuan organisasi.
