Abstract

Transformasi keberlanjutan pada sektor agribisnis peternakan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan praktik rantai pasok hijau dengan prinsip ekonomi sirkular untuk mengkreasikan nilai ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi transformasi Green Supply Chain Management melalui praktik Circular Economy dalam membangun keberlanjutan agribisnis peternakan domba pada Wedhusqu Farm Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pemilik usaha, pengelola operasional, pekerja peternakan, pemasok, dan mitra pengolahan hasil samping peternakan, dan didukung oleh observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 15 melalui tahapan coding, kategorisasi tema, analisis hubungan antar konsep, dan visualisasi jaringan tematik. Hasil simulasi analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi keberlanjutan Wedhusqu Farm terbentuk melalui lima tema utama, yaitu pengadaan hijau, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, pengelolaan limbah berbasis sirkular, inovasi proses agribisnis, dan kolaborasi rantai pasok. Praktik ekonomi sirkular berperan sebagai mekanisme transformasi yang mengubah limbah peternakan menjadi sumber daya bernilai tambah melalui pemanfaatan kembali bahan organik, optimalisasi pakan, dan pengembangan hubungan kemitraan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi rantai pasok hijau pada agribisnis peternakan domba dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kewirausahaan hijau dalam mengintegrasikan inovasi lingkungan, orientasi keberlanjutan, dan strategi bisnis adaptif. Temuan penelitian memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan model keberlanjutan agribisnis berbasis ekonomi sirkular pada sektor peternakan lokal.
