Model Konseptual Logistik Sirkular untuk Pemanfaatan Kembali Limbah Kulit Singkong Arkanci Group

Limbah kulit singkong dari aktivitas pengolahan pangan skala mikro di pasar tradisional umumnya masih mengikuti pola linear kumpul–angkut–buang, meskipun material tersebut masih dapat diarahkan menuju pemanfaatan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting pengelolaan limbah kulit singkong, menganalisis alur pengelolaan dan posisi reverse flow, serta menyusun model konseptual logistik sirkular pada Arkanci Group di area luar Pasar Rau Kota Serang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dokumentasi, studi literatur, dan konfirmasi lanjutan, kemudian diperiksa melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis menggunakan lima dimensi circular logistics, yaitu stakeholder integration, reverse flow of waste, value recovery process, circular utilization, serta supporting factors and constraints. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 10–15 kg limbah kulit singkong dihasilkan setiap hari dari pengupasan sekitar 50 kg singkong untuk produksi singkong parut. Pengelolaan eksisting masih didominasi alur pembuangan umum, sedangkan reverse flow informal terindikasi melalui pengambilan sesekali oleh peternak. Model konseptual mengarahkan material melalui pemisahan sejak sumber, pengumpulan terpisah, penyimpanan sementara dan konsolidasi, serta Penentuan Jalur Pemanfaatan secara konseptual. Material selanjutnya dapat diarahkan pada pemanfaatan langsung, pemulihan nilai melalui pengolahan lanjutan, atau jalur residu. Arah akhir model adalah pemanfaatan kembali secara open-loop oleh aktor relevan di luar Arkanci Group. Briket biomassa hanya menjadi contoh opsi pengolahan lanjutan dan tidak diuji secara teknis dalam penelitian ini.
