Abstract

Proses outbound vaksin pada gudang farmasi veteriner memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga efisiensi distribusi serta kestabilan suhu produk selama proses cold chain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis lead time proses outbound, mengidentifikasi sumber pemborosan (waste), dan merancang usulan perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan Lean Warehouse dan Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, time study, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan pemetaan proses dilakukan melalui current state mapping dan future state mapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total lead time proses outbound mencapai 6.225 detik (103 menit), dengan aktivitas value added sebesar 3%, necessary non-value added sebesar 1%, dan non-value added sebesar 96%. Tiga bottleneck utama ditemukan pada tahap picking, packing, dan sebelum loading, yang didominasi oleh aktivitas waiting. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi tersebut, disusun usulan perbaikan berupa pengendalian alur batch picking berbasis FIFO, penyeimbangan alur kerja packing melalui pemisahan backlog dan pre-preparation media pendingin, serta optimalisasi koordinasi distribusi sebelum loading. Estimasi future state mapping menunjukkan penurunan aktivitas non-value added sebesar 62%, sehingga total lead time diproyeksikan menurun dari 6.225 detik menjadi 2.536 detik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Lean Warehouse melalui VSM berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi proses outbound sekaligus mendukung pengendalian suhu vaksin selama distribusi.
