Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kecerdasan musikal merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam teori kecerdasan majemuk yang berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan kognitif, emosional, sosial, dan spiritual peserta didik. Namun, pengembangannya di sekolah dasar masih sering diposisikan sebagai kegiatan pelengkap. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk pengembangan kecerdasan musikal, menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategi berbasis bimbingan konseling. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi observasional partisipatif di SDN Karang Asih 08, Kabupaten Bekasi, melibatkan 3 guru kelas, 1 guru seni musik, 1 konselor sekolah, 25 peserta didik, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil: Pengembangan kecerdasan musikal belum berjalan sistematis; aktivitas musikal masih sporadis melalui lagu edukatif di kelas rendah dan ekstrakurikuler musik. Faktor pendukung utama adalah antusiasme peserta didik (85%) dan dukungan kepala sekolah, sementara faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan alat musik, minimnya pelatihan guru (hanya 1 orang yang bisa musik), kurikulum padat, dan belum terintegrasinya BK dengan seni musik. Kesimpulan: SDN Karang Asih 08 memiliki potensi besar namun belum optimal. Diperlukan pengadaan alat musik, pelatihan guru dan konselor, serta integrasi musik dalam pembelajaran dan konseling.
