Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah pola komunikasi masyarakat dalam menyampaikan aspirasi dan kritik terhadap berbagai kebijakan publik, termasuk kebijakan pendidikan. Salah satu ruang diskursus yang banyak dimanfaatkan masyarakat adalah kolom komentar TikTok, yang memungkinkan pengguna mengekspresikan dukungan, kritik, maupun resistensi terhadap isu yang diberitakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk wacana resistensi netizen terhadap kebijakan pendidikan dalam kolom komentar akun TikTok KompasTV berdasarkan perspektif Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Analisis Wacana Kritis. Data berupa komentar netizen pada unggahan TikTok KompasTV yang membahas kebijakan pendidikan selama periode Mei–Juni 2026. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi, observasi nonpartisipan, dan teknik catat, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan tiga dimensi Fairclough, yaitu dimensi teks, praktik diskursif, dan praktik sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi netizen diwujudkan melalui berbagai strategi kebahasaan, seperti kritik, sindiran, ironi, pertanyaan retoris, perbandingan, evaluasi negatif, dan narasi pengalaman personal. Resistensi tersebut terutama diarahkan pada isu kesejahteraan guru, kebijakan guru non-ASN, serta prioritas anggaran pendidikan. Pada dimensi praktik diskursif, kolom komentar TikTok berfungsi sebagai ruang publik digital yang memungkinkan masyarakat membangun, menyebarluaskan, dan menegosiasikan wacana mengenai kebijakan pendidikan. Pada dimensi praktik sosial, resistensi mencerminkan ketidakpuasan terhadap relasi kekuasaan, pengelolaan kebijakan, dan distribusi sumber daya pendidikan. Di samping itu, ditemukan pula komentar yang mendukung program pemerintah, sehingga menunjukkan adanya keberagaman posisi ideologis masyarakat dalam merespons kebijakan pendidikan di ruang digital.
