Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi proses konstruksi resiliensi pada pekerja dan atau mahasiswa pascasarjana yang menghadapi tantangan mobilitas geografis tinggi di Indonesia pasca-pandemi. Fenomena peran ganda antara tuntutan profesional dan akademik, yang diperparah oleh waktu tempuh harian yang panjang, berpotensi memunculkan tekanan kronis dan work-study conflict. Metode dari Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) untuk memahami pengalaman hidup partisipan secara mendalam. Sebanyak 15 partisipan direkrut secara purposif dengan kriteria bekerja penuh waktu, terdaftar aktif sebagai mahasiswa S2, serta memiliki jarak domisili lebih dari 30 km dari kantor dan kampus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan digital diary, lalu dianalisis menggunakan prosedur IPA enam langkah. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima tema utama konstruksi resiliensi: (1) negosiasi identitas hibrid melalui ritual transisi simbolik; (2) rekayasa ekosistem digital personal sebagai cognitive scaffolding; (3) kurasi dukungan sosial berlapis; (4) regulasi emosi proaktif melalui anticipatory coping dan micro-recovery rituals; serta (5) konstruksi narasi pertumbuhan yang memaknai tekanan sebagai investasi diri dan penguatan identitas profesional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dipahami sebagai dynamic capability yang dikonstruksi secara aktif melalui desain diri yang agentik, bukan sekadar respons reaktif terhadap stres. Studi ini memperluas perspektif Conservation of Resources Theory dalam konteks transformasi digital dan mobilitas tinggi di Indonesia kontemporer.
