Implementasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah merevolusi sektor keuangan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, dengan menawarkan kapasitas analisis data yang masif dan kemampuan prediktif yang superior. Namun, studi yang ada cenderung fokus pada dampak kuantitatif AI, meninggalkan celah dalam pemahaman mengenai persepsi dan adaptasi kualitatif profesional keuangan terhadap teknologi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam bagaimana para profesional keuangan menafsirkan, berinteraksi, dan menyesuaikan diri dengan sistem AI dalam konteks keputusan investasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan dua belas manajer investasi dan analis portofolio di lembaga keuangan terkemuka di Jakarta. Analisis tematik mengungkapkan tiga tema utama: pergeseran peran dari operator menjadi pengawas dan penafsir, munculnya tantangan kepercayaan dan transparansi AI, serta pengembangan strategi adaptasi melalui peningkatan literasi data dan kolaborasi manusia-mesin. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya memahami dimensi manusiawi dalam adopsi AI, menekankan perlunya pelatihan yang berpusat pada manusia dan kerangka kerja etika yang kuat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur tentang kolaborasi manusia-AI dan adaptasi teknologi dalam konteks keuangan.
